Sanu Builds ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AI Chat App.
We use Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore for user login and cloud database services.
We collect limited device information for security, fraud prevention, and app functionality.
User text messages and voice recordings may be securely processed by external AI services to generate AI responses. Voice recordings are processed temporarily and are not permanently stored unless required for debugging or security purposes.
The microphone is used only when the user starts live voice chat or voice input features. A foreground notification may appear while microphone access is active.
The app uses a foreground microphone service to support continuous live AI voice conversations while the app is active.
The app may request notification permission to display important foreground service and AI voice session notifications.
All payments are securely handled by Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card details.
We use Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads. Ad providers may collect device information and usage data for relevant advertising.
We take reasonable steps to protect user data, but no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure.
